From enquiry to installation
As an Australian-owned and operated manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, Pacific Seating supports projects across Australia, New Zealand and internationally. We guide each project through a clear, proven process designed to reduce risk and support procurement. This approach delivers reliable outcomes for new builds, refurbishments and upgrades across education, sports, community and performance venues.
-
Every project starts with a clear understanding of your requirements. We work closely with you to define your intent, functional needs, and constraints. For new builds, this includes reviewing drawings, specifications, intended use, budget, and timelines. For refurbishments, we assess existing dimensions, photographs, capacity requirements, and other site-specific considerations.
-
You can contact us via phone or email to discuss your project. We’ll follow up to talk through your seating requirements, answer initial questions and confirm the next steps.
-
We collaborate with you to gather the information required to clearly define the scope of works. This ensures we fully understand your needs and allows us to provide accurate advice, budgets, or formal proposals.
-
Based on the scope, we prepare a detailed tender proposal and develop shop drawings where required. Drawings and layouts are provided for review, and we refine the project together until sign-off is reached. All designs are developed in accordance with the specification and relevant standards & codes.
-
When the order is placed and shop drawings are signed, we commence manufacturing. Finishes and selections are confirmed to ensure the final product aligns with your design intent.
-
We manage the project from order through to completion of our scope of works. Throughout this stage, we coordinate closely with you to meet agreed timeframes as best we can and keep the project running smoothly.
-
Where applicable, our experienced installation team completes the installation and any commissioning required. Upon completion, we provide staff training, explain aftercare & maintenance requirements, and formally handover the project.
-
Where applicable, we recommend annual maintenance of your seating installation to ensure continued safety, performance, and longevity. Our maintenance services help identify wear, ensure compliance, and keep your system operating as intended over its lifetime.
